LMCA Spring Conference Agenda
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Horseshoe Casino at a rate of $65.00/night plus taxes and resort fees of $16.99. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night's guestroom and tax charge will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account. Any reservations made via the telephone call center will be assessed a fee of $10.00 plus current sales tax per reservation. The reservation cut-off date is Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. are subject to the full day charge.

An administrative fee of $45 will be charged for all cancellations of the LMCA Spring Conference, including medical emergencies. No refunds will be given after Wednesday, March 19, 2025 (two weeks prior to the start of the event).

Delegate
A delegate is a Municipal Clerk or the designated Deputy/Assistant Clerk who directly assists the Municipal Clerk and are dues paying members.
Non-Delegate
A non-delegate is any other clerk who is not the Clerk, Deputy/Assistant Clerk.
Non-Delegate includes mayors, council members, parish employees, utility or police clerks, or non-dues paying individuals, etc.
