2023 Exhibitor/Sponsor LMA Mid-Winter Conference

 

 

 

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at a rate of $109 Single/Double.  Please call (225) 925-2244 to make your reservation and mention that you are with Louisiana Municipal Association’s Mid-Winter Conference to secure this special rate. The reservation cut-off date is Saturday, January 7, 2023.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless special arrangements are made in advance.

An administrative fee of $250 will be charged for all cancellations of the LMA Mid-Winter Conference, including medical emergencies.  No refunds will be given after Tuesday, January 24, 2023  (two weeks prior to the start of the event).
